- Course fees are non-refundable once the course has commenced

- Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of the course
4. Refund Policy
- Refund requests made within 7 days of enrollment and before course start will be processed in full
- No refunds will be issued once the course has begun
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp
- Processing time for approved refunds is 7-10 business days
